1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the Chalad Code website at chaladcode.world and all online courses, materials and services offered by Chalad Code ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Services Offered

Chalad Code provides online educational courses in coding and AI development. Current offerings include:

• Code Basics — a six-week beginner course in programming fundamentals.
• Intro to Machine Learning — an eleven-week intermediate course with guided projects and weekly check-ins.
• Building AI Tools — a fourteen-week advanced course with milestone reviews and a capstone project.

Course details, pricing, duration and prerequisites are described on the relevant course pages and may be updated periodically. We do not offer job placement services and make no representations about employment outcomes.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed after we receive and process your payment in full. Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all course materials, recorded lessons and mentor feedback unless stated otherwise.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer to Thai accounts, PromptPay or major credit and debit cards. Full payment details are provided after your enrolment form is submitted and we have confirmed availability.

We do not store card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers who maintain their own security and compliance standards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, or after course materials have been accessed, are not eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
• If we cancel a course or intake for any reason, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future intake.

We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable in all decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, written materials, exercises, code examples and assessments, is the intellectual property of Chalad Code or its instructors. You may use course materials for personal learning only.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, republish or share course materials in any form without prior written permission from Chalad Code. This includes uploading recordings or written content to any external platform.

Work you produce during the courses remains your own. By submitting exercises to mentors for review, you grant Chalad Code a limited right to view and comment on your work for educational purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or submitting the contact form.
• Use course materials only for your own personal learning.
• Communicate with mentors and staff in a respectful manner.
• Not attempt to access course materials you have not paid for.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary materials from the website or course platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who breaches these conditions, without refund.

7. Course Access and Availability

Access to recorded course materials is provided for the duration of the course plus 60 days. After this period, materials may no longer be available unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and course platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will notify enrolled learners in advance of planned downtime where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chalad Code provides educational content and mentorship support. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, and course completion does not entitle you to any formal qualification, credential or employment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chalad Code will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of our website or courses, including losses related to technical failures, errors in content, or decisions made based on course material.

Our total liability in connection with any course enrolment shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, security or practices of any third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only.

Course content may reference external libraries, tools or platforms that have their own terms of service. It is your responsibility to comply with those terms when using such tools.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website and our courses is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use and store personal data. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Chalad Code services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For enrolled learners, significant changes that affect the terms of an existing course will be communicated directly by email.
